1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Nutrivial platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Nutrivial provides personalised health and nutrition coaching services. Our coaches are qualified health professionals who offer guidance on nutrition, lifestyle habits, and general well-being.

Important limitation of service:

Nutrivial's services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our coaches do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, including eating disorders. If you are experiencing a medical emergency or mental health crisis, please contact a qualified healthcare professional immediately.

3. Eligibility

To use Nutrivial's coaching services you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Not be suffering from an active eating disorder
• Provide accurate information during the intake process
• Have a valid payment method for subscription plans

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Coaching plans are offered as monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe. By purchasing a plan you authorise Nutrivial to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period
• You may cancel at any time via your Dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are not provided for partially used billing periods unless required by applicable law
• Prices are listed in EUR and are inclusive of applicable taxes

5. Appointments and Cancellations

• Sessions must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the session) may be counted as used sessions
• No-shows without prior notice will be counted as used sessions

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and intake
• Keep your account credentials confidential
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not share, resell, or transfer access to your account or coaching sessions

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Nutrivial platform — including text, graphics, logos, and coaching materials — is the property of Nutrivial and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nutrivial is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Nutrivial in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kreuzlingen, Switzerland.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice on our platform. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
