Nutrivial Terms and Conditions & Legal Agreement
Liability Release & Health Acknowledgment
By using the services, resources, and information provided by Nutrivial — including, but not limited to, one-on-one coaching, consultation calls, health and nutrition programs, blog posts, ebooks, and the nutrient analysis — I acknowledge and agree to waive, release, and forever discharge Nutrivial, along with its consultants, officers, representatives, and employees, from any and all responsibility, liability, costs, or expenses. This includes injuries, damages, or illnesses, whether foreseeable or not, resulting from my participation in any activity, training, program, or product designed or offered by Nutrivial.
I understand and am aware of my own health and physical condition, as well as the potential risks associated with participating in any diet or exercise program. By voluntarily engaging in these activities, I accept full responsibility for any risks involved.
Medical Waiver and Acknowledgment
I understand that Nutrivial and its staff are not physicians or psychologists and that their consultation services do not include the diagnosis or treatment of specific illnesses or disorders. If I suspect that I have a medical condition or ailment requiring professional attention, I agree to consult with a licensed physician promptly. I acknowledge that only a licensed physician can prescribe medication, and any mention of drugs during consultations is strictly for the purpose of providing a comprehensive history of my medications. I understand that any changes to my prescriptions or dosages are decisions I make in consultation with my physician.
Eating Disorder Disclaimer
I affirm that I do not have an eating disorder or any other condition that could affect my ability to safely engage in a diet or exercise program. If I have any concerns about my mental or physical health, I agree to consult with a healthcare professional before participating in any programs or activities provided by Nutrivial.
Physical Examination
I recognize the importance of undergoing a physical examination by a physician before using any exercise equipment or taking part in any physical activities. I understand that by engaging in physical exercise or training activities, I am doing so entirely at my own risk.
Acknowledgement of Release
With a full understanding of the associated risks, I hereby acknowledge and accept this release. I release Nutrivial’s coaches, officers, representatives, and employees from any liability for accidental injury or illness that may arise from my participation in physical activities or programming. I willingly assume all associated risks and consent to participate in the program.
Non-Disclosure Agreement
I agree to maintain the strict confidentiality of all information provided to me during my engagement with Nutrivial, acknowledging its exclusive benefit to me. I will ensure that access to such information, including electronic communications such as my individual coaching program, is limited to third parties only when reasonably necessary. Without prior written consent from Nutrivial, I will not publish, copy, or disclose confidential information to others, nor allow its use in any way that could benefit or harm Nutrivial.
One-time Coaching Session
Upon completing the one-time coaching session, I understand there is no obligation for continued assistance, support, or services beyond the scope of the initial consultation. I acknowledge that the purpose of this session is to provide guidance and recommendations within a defined timeframe, without any implied ongoing commitment or obligation for additional services. Furthermore, I understand that purchasing or participating in any program does not guarantee specific results.
Rescheduling, Cancellations and No-Show Policy:
Rescheduling: If I need to reschedule my appointment, I will provide at least 24 hours’ notice. I understand that appointments cannot be rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice. I also acknowledge that subscriptions and services are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Cancellations: Cancellations will not result in a refund, and once cancelled, appointments cannot be rescheduled.
No-show/late policy: Coaches will wait up to 10 minutes from the scheduled appointment time. If I am more than 10 minutes late, I understand that I will be marked as a no-show. Missed appointments will not result in a refund and cannot be rescheduled.
Subscriptions, Coach Transitions and Currency
Subscription services: By signing up for any of Nutrivial’s services, I agree to a minimum commitment of 1 month. After completing the initial 1 month commitment, I understand that I may cancel my subscription at any time by sending my coach a message at least 3 business days prior to my billing date. I acknowledge that subscriptions and services are non-transferable and non-refundable, and I am responsible for the full subscription fee for the current billing cycle upon cancellation. I also understand that the purchase and/or participation in any program does not guarantee results.
Coach transitions: In the event that my coach leaves or transitions out of the Nutrivial team, I understand that the process will be made as seamless as possible. If my assigned coach is no longer with Nutrivial, I will be promptly notified, and a smooth transition to another highly qualified coach will be arranged. I acknowledge that the team is dedicated to maintaining the same level of expertise and personalized support I expect. I also understand that coach transitions do not constitute a change in the terms of my service agreement. The priority remains to help me achieve my goals without interruption.
Currency: All prices posted on our website are in Euros.
*Note: Nutrivial coaches may schedule their vacation at their discretion. I am aware that I will be notified in advance of any planned time off by my coach. During their vacation, I understand that check-ins will be skipped, and there will be no refunds, credits, or pauses for these weeks.
